Impressed by these new hguc revive kits.  Fairly simple but well engineered.

total time spent on this snap built was around 1.5hrs include trimming and sanding.

it's probably a good time to move into 1/144 now .

Little progress.  The semi old-school way

Getting rid of mold lines, gluing pieces then sending off the glue lines.

filling some shrinkage parts, cutter marks and moulding points.

Tools used are: hobby cement, crazy glue, plastic putty, cutter, ceremic blade, files, sand paper and sponges.

Here's my first hobby project of 2016 ...   life definitely has gotta a lot more busier.

volks had finally shipped out the first batch to whoever that pre-ordered them early last year.

the pre-order special includes an extra sword, and a piece of water decal .

Here's a how it is made video on how vacuum tube is made

this is the champion build on Gundam World Bandai Collection 2013 by shunneige in Japan.  He made the stock nu gundam ver. ka looked like a baby ..  the efforts and level of details on this kit is simply ridiculous and the overall outcome to be nature.  definitely a master built.

the snap/built process took aprox. 5 hours in total, similar to the nu gundam, lots of small parts to form the armour, but this is an impressive kit indeed ..

the fun starts ...   let's try a new approach on snapping the kit this time ...
